Good product - Bad service March 21, 2009

I placed my order on the 26th of February, 2009. As of the 6th of March, I still had not had my order confirmed to me. Amazon then notified me on the 6th and linked me should I want to contact the seller, which I did. Three days later I received a reply email from them, informing me that my burgundy vest was backordered and did I want them sent separately. I said yes, I did, since I need these items for my job.
I have since received the black vest. Don't get me wrong, I love the vest. The cut and fit are perfect and the pictures, in my opinion, don't do justice how nice the vest is.
Now it is 11 days later and I still have not heard anything back from the company. I have emailed them again and hope to have my order cancelled. I really do like the vest, but I probably will not order from this company again or recommend them to anyone in the future.
